The quality of our products is part of our promise that you can always rely on us. However, should one of our products fail to meet our high quality requirements within the warranty period*, you will receive a replacement: no ifs, ands or buts.

Verifiable products

In rare cases, returned products cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired at an economically reasonable cost. In these cases we will contact you to find an optimal solution together.

 

Return Goods - Inspection Fees

Within the warranty period - and beyond if a serial defect is suspected - we carry out inspections free of charge. Outside of these cases, we unfortunately have to charge a flat rate for the inspection of some products. This already includes all expenses necessary for diagnosis and repair. These include working time, preparatory and finishing work, provision of tools, and auxiliary materials, as well as the environmentally friendly disposal of dismantled parts. The examination lump sums do not apply if a chargeable repair or overhaul is commissioned. In these cases, you will receive a cost estimate.

Please use our RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) for all returns and submissions. This will enable us to process your request as quickly as possible and keep you informed about the status of your order.
